For the last two weeks or so, there have been a lot of rumors circulating about the status of Nick Young and Iggy Azalea’s relationship. Swaggy P got caught riding around in the car that Iggy bought him for Christmas with another woman in mid-January. And ever since then, people have been speculating about where Nick and Iggy stand as a couple.

So a short time ago, Iggy jumped on Twitter to address the rumors head-on. And she said that her and Nick have not broken up:

So there you go. Swaggy may have spent a night on the couch because of the infidelity rumors that were going around out there. But he’s not in the doghouse with Iggy anymore. So end the speculation…for now.

Iggy Azalea and Steve Madden may be set for a collaboration release this spring, but that didn’t stop the rapper from publicly expressing her disapproval of the shoe brand’s creative direction on social media.

In a series of tweets on Thursday, Azalea expressed her disappointment after discovering a Tumblr page filled with images from a photo shoot featuring shoes she helped design. In a span of 30 minutes, she spewed off five tweets expressing her disapproval.

“Everything in collaboration is supposed to be mutually approved. But Steve madden did the most disgusting photo shoot ever and never,” the singer began, with her next tweet reading, “Even told me about it, I’m just now seeing it as its uploaded on some random tumblr page and iam livid.”

She continued: “I worked really hard on the creative direction of both the shoes and the shoot I WAS involved with and in. I really feel it’s been,” “Tainted with these God awful images that Steve madden took appon themselves to create and share without my knowledge. Gross gross gross,” and “Ivd been bamoozeled with a tumblr page where everyone wears socks and takes unintentional crotch shots on pool toys. I’m in shock.”

Ed Sheeran covered Iggy Azalea’s Fancy at last night’s Whelan’s VH1 gig and it would seem the Australian star is a fan.

Sheeran, who continued playing at Whelan’s after the live VH1 Storytellers show had finished, delighted the crowd with a number of covers, including Don McClean, Justin Timberlake and Iggy Azalea.

He started his tribute section with McClean’s Vincent telling the crowd that he had chosen the song specially for this gig as it meant an awful lot to him. He even made a special request for the excited audience to remain quiet during the song – which they respected – you could have heard a pin drop throughout his emotional performance.

Next up, Sheeran weaved his smash hit song Sing with Justin Timberlake’s Senorita much to the crowd’s delight. The noise levels hit the roof once again as everyone sang every word back to the 23-year-old star. Sheeran explained that he wrote this song to sound like his own football anthem. He added he felt he hadn’t written a song that people could dance to and hoped that Sing would make up for that.

Later in his set, Sheeran broke into Iggy Azalea’s smash hit Fancy which sent the crowd into a frenzy. RTÉ TEN tweeted Azalea, which she favoured. We’d love to see a Sheeran and Azalea duet in the future!

“If I have a short-lived career, at least I could say I sparked a change”

Longevity in hip-hop is hard to come by, and Iggy Azalea is all too aware.

“You never know how long you’ll be in people’s good graces, especially in this business,” the “Fancy” rapper told GQ. “So I hope [my career is] long— but I could be here for three or four years and then be out, like most artists.”

While she’s hoping to still “be gyrating in a leotard at 35,” the Aussie emcee isn’t stressed about how long her career lasts. As Azalea tells it, she’s already cemented her legacy and changed the genre.

“At the very worst, if I have a short-lived career, at least I could say I sparked a change—that I inspired some leniency in what people accept in hip-hop,” she says.

For a rapper who’s faced relentless criticism for her rapping style from hip-hop fans—criticism she’s dismissed as sexist — Azalea’s comments might be easy to dismiss at first. But even the Roots’ drummer Questlove told TIME as much last summer when discussing her success and worldwide influence.

“I will say that ‘Fancy,’ above any song that I’ve ever heard or dealt with, is a game-changer. … We’re truly going to have to come to grips with the fact that hip-hop has spread its wings,” he said.
